Welcome to YONSTRON website operated by YONSTRON ("we", "us", "our"). The following terms govern your access and use of our website, all inquiries, quotations and commercial transactions for frequency inverters, solar water pumps and related accessories. By browsing our website, submitting inquiries or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This is a business-to-business (B2B) agreement. End-consumer protection legislation shall not apply to commercial purchases between business entities.

1. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful business-related purposes only. You shall not:

Copy, reproduce or redistribute website product data, images and technical documents without our written permission;
Launch automated scraping, bot or malicious attacks against our web server;
Submit false, misleading information via contact or quotation forms.

All intellectual-property rights including text, pictures, logos, technical datasheets on this site remain our property.

2. Quotation & Order Process

All quotations provided by our sales team are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing.
A formal sales contract / Proforma Invoice (PI) shall constitute binding agreement between both parties. Website information, product catalogues are for reference only and do not count as binding offers.
Product specifications, parameters are subject to change for technical upgrade without prior notice. We will confirm final specifications before order confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted do not include import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees in destination country, unless explicitly written.
Payment terms shall follow the agreement written on Proforma Invoice. We accept payment methods such as T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe as agreed.

4. Shipment & Delivery

Delivery lead-time is estimated. Delays caused by manufacturing shortage, logistics, force-majeure events are outside our liability.
Risk of goods transfers to buyer upon goods hand-over to the nominated freight forwarder.

5. Warranty

Our inverters and solar water pumps carry limited product warranty according to our official product-warranty document.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects; damage caused by wrong installation, improper operation, over-voltage, natural disaster, wear-and-tear is excluded from warranty coverage.
Warranty service does not automatically cover overseas on-site labour, freight costs for return-and-shipment, unless mutually agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of any transaction shall not exceed the total invoice amount of the relevant order. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, lost-profit damages.

7. Force Majeure

Neither side shall be held responsible for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, trade sanctions, port congestion, factory shutdown. Affected party shall notify the other side promptly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising shall be settled through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the local arbitration commission for arbitration.

9. Privacy

Your personal-data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendment

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Revised text will be published on this page with updated date.
