Our website and business target business-to-business (B2B) customers for frequency inverters, solar water pumps and related industrial automation products.   • Inquiry / quotation data: stored for 3 years after our last communication, then anonymised or deleted.
  • Completed order data: retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial laws (normally 3-7 years).
  • Newsletter subscriber data: kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics data: stored in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings.

When retention period expires, your personal data will be securely erased or anonymised.

5. Third-Party Recipients of Your Data

We will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following service providers acting as our Data Processors:

  • Payment service providers: PayPal, Stripe (for order payment processing; we do not store full credit-card details on our server)
